• type of tool (combination wrench, box wrench, dial caliper, ratchet etc.)
• brand (Craftsman, Snap-On, etc.)
• size (1/2", #2, 10 mm, etc.)
• manufacturer's number (if known)

To Request a Custom Design

To submit a design request, please complete our design request form and submit it using the button at the bottom of the form. Requesting a custom design is free.

The information from the design form is condensed into an xml file which is emailed to info@FoamFitTools.com. For your security, we do not ask for any payment information with a design request.
